Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next pair of skates and our services.
How do I choose the right size for my roller skates?
Sizing varies by brand, but generally, we recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our specific brand size charts. Most skates should fit snugly without pinching. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor wheels?
The main difference is the hardness (durometer). Outdoor wheels are softer (78A-82A) to absorb shocks from uneven pavement, while indoor wheels are harder (88A-101A) to provide better slide and speed on smooth rink floors.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental USA. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for a specific event or competition.
What is your return policy for skates?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, skates that have been used outdoors or show signs of wear on the wheels cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional skate assembly services?
Yes! If you purchase boots, plates, and wheels separately, our expert technicians can mount and assemble your custom skates for a professional finish before shipping them to your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and interest-free installment options like Afterpay or Klarna for qualifying purchases.
